15 girls came to my party to make witchy headbands! Had a friend come from SLC with the supplies and expertise! On my cheek is Eye Kandy that I sell. It comes in 60 colors and goes on with a sugar water base.This card is watercolor. I bought a pen in the cake making section at JoAnn's that you fill the handle with water and it keeps the brush tip damp. Touch the tip of the watercolor pencil to the brush tip and paint!!! Super easy and LOVE the effect! You just have to stamp the image with Staz-On so it won't run.
